Each rotation lasts 4–5 months. You work on real projects, not shadowing: pricing corporate accounts, supporting training cohorts, reconciling financials. The programme is based in Lagos with occasional travel to subsidiary offices. Over 18 months you'll rotate across the group's six subsidiaries, gaining exposure to every major line of business.
